Aristocrat Technologies Africa (ATA) was established just over 10 years ago, with its parent company, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, having over 50 years experience in gaming. ATA has built its global reputation on the ground breaking, superior performing technologies and services it delivers to the global gaming industry.

ATA enjoys a well-earned reputation for outstanding performance and a diverse product line-up. This line up extends from electronic gaming machines to management systems and services, which has positioned ATA as a leading supplier of gaming solutions.

This edition of our product brochure is aimed at introducing you to our latest product releases, and also to ATA’s well qualified team, and our partners. Leveraging the strength of a constant flow of high performing standard games, ATA will continue to launch themed Hyperlink product, the internationally successful double standalone progressive Zorro, Xtreme Mystery themes, and other specialty products.

Aristocrat’s Systems Business grew significantly in 2005 and we expect this growth to continue in 2006 with the planned release of Systems 7000; its net based, fully integrated tables and gaming machine management system. A significant increase in infrastructure, support and development investment is being made on a global and regional basis as systems becomes an ever-increasingly important aspect of Aristocrat’s business. In meeting the demand of the expanding Limited Payout Machine Market we have released 3 new games in the last quarter of 2005 and will release 2 more in the first quarter of 2006 (see pp 16-17). ATA’s games are performing exceptionally well in the emerging LPM sector.

One of the key achievements for ATA in 2005 must be the partnership with Yabohle Investments, a broad-based consortium led by Moss Mashishi’s Matemeku Holdings. It is Aristocrat’s goal to be the leader in all pillars of Black Economic Empowerment in the supply side of the gaming industry. In partnership with Yabohle Investments, ATA aims to be the leading supplier of gaming solutions to the African continent and the Indian Ocean Islands.
